2023.01.PCPOA.Resident Survey Report
In the fall of 2022, the PCPOA Board of Directors asked residents and property owners to complete an online survey for the purpose of soliciting input regarding the proposed Blackhall/Shadowbox Studios project. The results were summarized and presented at the November 2022 Quarterly Meeting. In the spirit of full transparency and in its continuing efforts to effectively represent the interests of Placerita Canyon, the Board of Directors is providing the full report and data gleaned from respondents. The 64-page report attached is a compilation of data, key findings, and recommendations.
