Message from the PCPOA Board:
We as a community want to engage in the iterative, collaborative and communicative process that the laws provide to ensure that any development done in the canyon fits the neighborhood and ensures that safety is considered above all else. Does not matter who the developer is, we are just following the process the law provides.
Attached is the PCPOA letter to the City Council dated March 20, 2026. In addition, the PCPOA response letter dated April 20, 2026, to TMU’s attorney letter dated April 10, 2026. Both letters are in the attachment. The City Council was copied on our response, which makes it public record. PCPOA’s intent is to continue constructive dialogue through the City process and with TMU directly.
