STATEMENT FROM PCPOA REGARDING SHADOWBOX STUDIOS We are surprised by the recent news coverage about the status of the City-approved Shadowbox Studio project. Since 2020, the Placerita Canyon Property Owners Association (PCPOA) has been actively engaged with Shadowbox’s representative, Jeff Weber, working diligently to safeguard the interests of Canyon residents and property owners through independent environmental review studies and negotiations. PCPOA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, starting at 9 a.m. at The Master’s University Outdoor Pavilion. Elections will be held and breakfast served. Any property owner interested in running for the Board is encouraged to contact the board in advance at placeritacanyonpoa@gmail.com. There will also be an opportunity for nominations from the floor. Los Angeles County Fire Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 10 a.m. will be the next PCPOA Quarterly Meeting. An in-person event is planned in The Master’s University Outdoor Pavilion on Placerita Canyon Road on the main campus. Topics and presentations to be announced. A casual breakfast will be available.
