  • Proposed Lyons Ave./Dockweiler Dr. Extension

    LYONS CROSSING – OPPOSE The PCPOA board believes Market Street is the most logical and viable option, and the City should do more due diligence and research for this option. Rationale is that Market Street currently exists, has a wide pathway for expansion, and allows for multiple access points. 13TH STREET UPGRADE – NOT OPPOSE The 13th Street option could be acceptable depending on the plan and traffic patterns that are created. The crossing upgrade would have to be extensive to ensure safety and accommodate flow for the increased traffic and population.
